This is a website devoted to all things P-Funk.  What is P-Funk, you ask?  It’s the catch-all term for the music, mythology, and mania generated by the funk bands Parliament and Funkadelic, two sister groups known collectively as Parliament Funkadelic.  There has been no group like them, and it’s likely we won’t see anyone quite like them again.

As you go through this page, you’ll find a blog exploring the theatricality of Parliament Funkadelic.  You’ll find another blog that provides a bit of an overview of the wonderfully idiosyncratic personalities that created P-Funk and also carry on its legacy.  I’ve also given you a list of my top ten essential P-Funk songs.  There’s also a funky photo gallery for you to peruse.

If you’re already a P-Funk fan, I’m geeked to share my love of P-Funk with you.  If you’re new to the P-Funk phenomenon, I’m very excited to introduce you to the Funk.  It changed my life, and I hope it changes yours.  Enjoy!
